Chance was great to work with. We never had had any issues that didn't get fixed asap. Also after doing a bit of look we feel that had the best price for the best work.

Quick response, stayed in contact and had to delay project because of rain. As soon as the weather cleared everything was done promptly. Also, clean was amazing. Not a nail or scrap a shingle anywhere. I would recommend and will use them again.

I would recommend Ameritex with the following: Doug Kennemar was great and I would recommend his service; however, the office staff was not Customer Service oriented. The staff could not answer simple questions, example, what paperwork is needed to apply for financing, response, I'm not sure but the Office Manager will follow up with you. I never recieved a follow up call, and when I called the office manager, she advised me that the link was on their website. The customer service rep should have known this information and directed me to the web site. Also, I phoned the office on 3 additional occasions and was assured the Office Manager would call me back. To date, I never received a follow up call from the Office Manager and when I've personally spoke with the Office Manager, she seemed too busy to assist. To me Customer Service says a lot about a company, and had Doug not been so accommodating, the office staff would have definitately cost Ameritex my business.

I didnt even meet my contractor and he just GOT IT DONE quick fast efficient. It's raining today and I see no rain in my living room. Thank you !

Horrible. The fixed a non-existant leak. Never bothered to confirm the location of the leak (turned out to be a wall, not the roof). Gave estimate by standing on the driveway and gazing up at the roof. I'd never recommend this firm to anyone!

DID NOT REPLACE ALL OF THE DRIP EDGES AS REQUESTED AND PAID FOR. Have The coofer call me to arrange for the drip edge that I paid labor and materials to be put back on. More than enough squares and labor paid for over the actual squares plus loss calculated for. Over paid more than $1,000 USD.

Bill promptly came out and gave me a written estimate. The price seemed in line with what we expected to pay. Quality of work won't be known until it rains again ;). Overall a positive experience.

They replaced 2 roofs for me damaged by hurricane Rita. Their pricing was very good and their work was good with the following glaring exceptions. The bid included replacing missing vinyl siding, but they have yet to complete that job, contact me, or respond to emails about it- They ask for payment right after the roofs were completed and I paid it all- should have held some back to insure completion 2. on commercial building, they removed the plastic sheeting and left the roof exposed overnight- a rainstorm did hit and did extensive interior damage because of this blunder.
