Edwin and Trey did a great job - quick efficient and friendly. There was a minor hiccup of the initial quote being for 3 movers, and only Edwin and Trey showing up. Nevertheless they adjusted on the fly and made it work.

Moved 0.2 miles and it was a nightmare. Crew was slow, took a 45+ min unannounced lunch, and the manager was rude and defensive. Items were broken, furniture assembled poorly, and several things were left behind ? we had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job ourselves. Charged $186 for supplies/mileage for a move down the street, overbilled time, and doubled the quoted price, refusing to unload until we paid. Unprofessional and dishonest from start to finish.

they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30. I did receive a call at nine telling me that there was a snafu at the warehouse and they would be there sometime today. No time given. they arrived approximately noon proceeded to load up the van and take it from a storage unit to a house not until they arrived at the house was I informed that they would not be able to put beds back together hook up the washer and dryer or do any of the other stuff necessary to put a house back in order, the boys were polite and courteous, helpful as much as they could be the furniture was put in the house in the proper rooms. All of the moving boxes were stacked in the garage in a Sim of an order considering shere number of it was quite a feat. adil was apologetic for not being able to set anything up for me.

Alex's crew was great. They loaded all of our stuff up safely and efficiently. Alex was up front and transparent about the cost of the final bill. His crew worked tirelessly to load up all of our stuff from a storage unit as well as a 2-story house. When they unloaded, all of our stuff made it into our new house exactly where we wanted it with no damage to any items moved. I would gladly use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life. First, they were 2 hrs late. Some sort of communication would have been great. Secondly, How does it take 3 hrs to load up a 1 bdrm apt? Everything was packed and bubble wrapped when they arrived. They took their sweet time just to milk the clock. Then they brought me an invoice for $1,093! FOR WHAT?? Apparently the materials fee I was quoted at $85 has now changed to $187.70. I was also charged a fuel surcharge of $115 (LOL) I moved to a different unit in the same apt complex we may have gone 150ft to get to the new unit. We literally went 0 miles and that cost $115. They then came up with a cost to unload my items on the CURB for $600 or they would take my loaded items to a storage facility. I paid the $600 just to be finished with this nightmare and carried my own items into my unit myself. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Mario was great and everything was packed carefully even for a 9 1/2 mile move. There were additional costs that I felt were high and not fully explained in the quote. However, the move itself was pretty flawless.
