ACCURATE SEASONS INC

Owner Joey King came out himself, with one other employee. As they were 2 hours late for what we thought was just a look at our home's requirements, we did not expect the work to be done right then. It was a Saturday, but Mr. King did not charge us Saturday overtime labor rates because he felt he owed us for the problems he had getting to us earlier in the week. The cost of replacing the A/C was $600 less than his original estimate since he found that not everything he expected to replace had to be done right away. He allowed us to choose the A/C brand we wanted, and offered to add some venting to our bathrooms for no charge, also as a way to make up for his scheduling shortcomings. We declined but appreciated the offer. We probably would not have let Accurate Seasons do the work (we actually DID schedule with another company to come out the following Monday), but he made such an effort to get us cooling again right away on a 100-degree day that we allowed the work to be done.

The overall experience was very good. Joey King seemed to be very concerned with keeping the client happy. He also explained all the work that needed to be done and gave me options on things that needed to be done right away and which items could wait for next year. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

HE NEEDS AN ANSWERING SERVICE OR VOICE MAIL. MY CALL WAS FORWARDED TO ANOTHER NUMBER, BUT AT NO TIME WAS THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS NOTED. HE DID RETURN MY CALL THAT DAY TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL. HE WAS 1/2 HOUR LATE, BUT DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO THE TIME HE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE THERE. VERY PERSONABLE AND GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT SAFETY. I AM UNSURE HOW TO RATE PRICE, I BELIEVE IT WAS $49 OR $59 TO COME OUT AND THEN $68 PER HOUR ON TOP OF THAT. HE'S AT THE TOP OF MY LIST IF I NEED A/C OR HEATING REPAIR IN THE FUTURE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE LEFT A VERY DETAILED INVOICE. HE WENT OVER ALL OF IT WITH ME. HE EXPLAINED EACH STEP. HE WAS 25 MIN LATE, BUT WE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE FIRST JOB OF THE DAY. HE FINISHED HIS WORK IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES, INCLUDING WRITING UP THE LONG INVOICE.

JOEY KING, WITH ACCURATE SEASONS, SERVICES OUR AIR CONDITIONER WITH COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR FIELD AND FAIR IN THEIR PRICING.

JOEY, THE OWNER, AND HIS CREW WERE GREAT. THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE ON TIME.

THE OWNER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PLEASANT AND HE IS ALSO COST CONSCIOUS. AS THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR FOR MY CHURCH, I DEAL WITH THEM. THEY CHANGE ALL FILTERS AND SERVICE SEVENTEEN AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. COST IS QUARTERLY.

THIS SERVICE REQUIRED TWO TRIPS; THE FIRST TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND THE SECOND TO DO THE ACTUAL WORK. THE SERVICEMEN WERE VERY CAREFUL TO PROTECT THE CARPETING AND TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

JOEY AND HIS HELPER WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE IN MY HOUSE. THEY TOOK EXTRA SPECIAL CARE IN PREPARING THE WORK AREA BEFORE THE WORK BEGAN. THEY KEPT THE AREA CLEAN AS THEY WENT.

JOEY AND HIS CREW WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK IN THE TIME THAT WAS QUOTED. THEY STAYED WITHIN THEIR ESTIMATE.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

JOEY KING OF ACCURATE SEASONS IS VERY DEPENDABLE. MR. KING KNOWS HIS JOB AND DOES IT WELL.
