I would use them in the future. The price and quality of their service could be better. They're courteous. I probably wouldn't give my friends a reference but I'd probably tell them to use it at their discretion.

We got our bill and the bill had gone up considerably within the past year. We called AT&T and found out that they bought Direct TV. The At&T rep said they could switch us to Direct TV for $86.85 It was supposed to be changed over the next day, and the night before the service person was supposed to arrive, they turned off our TV service. The next day, the service person didn?t show up and we didn?t find out. My husband got on the phone, and said he wanted someone out at 8am the next morning. No one came. It was very hard to talk to them. Whenever you call them, or when they call you just it?s a recording. We waited and waited and no one showed up. He called them later on, and they said they won?t be able to come over until the next day. We have our grandchildren over, and the tv service wasn?t working. I called them back next day, and told to forget Direct TV and just reinstall U-verse that day. They waited until the next day them to come out and re-connected. I quoted them the price we were offered, and the man said that it would be $125. The man said he would have to listen to the recording to verify the price, if I agreed. I did not agree. The wanted us to wait around and be at the house for the re-connect, but we were able to be. They connected it in the office, but all the TV shows we recorded were deleted. We still haven?t heard back from AT&T about the price either. We got terrible service, they quote my husband one price and then said then said couldn?t do it. If we get billed the higher amount, we are going to take it into the district attorney or the police department because that is fraud. You can?t quote someone one price, and then charge them other.
