10/11- A-1 foreman on site, verified work scope and cost (replacement cedar picket fence installed with steel posts
replacing all wood posts for length of fence bordering property. Foreman said work would start Tues 10/14 with steel posts. Collected payment for half of cost, $1016.
10/13 - A-1 foreman notified homeowners that A-1 wouldn't be out until Wednesday, 10/15 due to the wet ground.
10/14 - A-1 foreman notified homeowners that they wouldn't be out until Thursday, 10/16 due to the wet ground.
10/16 - A-1 foreman notified homeowners that they would now be out on Monday, 10/20 around 10 or 10:30am to begin work.
10/20 - A-1 stopped at property and dropped off supplies before they had to leave for an "urgent issue." Said that they expected to be back the same day to begin installing the posts, but did not return. No work completed.
10/21 - A-1 installed the metal posts for the fence (note, the posts at the ends of the fence were NOT replaced - INCOMPLETE WORK however, this was not realized until 10/26).
10/22 - A-1 installed the fence INCORRECTLY, with the posts facing the wrong yard. Without inspection, homeowner made payment to foreman for $700 for the remainder of the fence costs (excluding stain). Once homeowner realized work was completed INCORRECTLY, notified foreman via phone call and he communicated the fence would be turned around to have the posts on the correct side. Homeowners's also communicated they were putting a STOP PAYMENT on the $700 check since the work was not complete. Foreman stated that homeowner's could deduct any stop payment fees from the final costs and A-1 would be out soon to fix the fence and complete the job. Foreman also contacted other homeowner's regarding the fixes to be made. Unfortunately, A-1 owner immediately cashed (not deposited) check as soon as possible. Stop payment fails.
10/23 - A-1 Owner contacted homeowners via email stating A-1 would be out 10/24 late afternoon to flip and stain the fence.
10/24 - A-1 did NOT show up to do the work on Friday afternoon and did NOT communicate a change in schedule. Foreman emailed with various excuses, promising to arrive for work on 10/25.
10/25 - A-1 owner and crew arrived at the Henkel's to ?flip? (not disassemble and reassemble, as is necessary) the
fence and stain.  They begin flipping the fence and stated it couldn't be completed without scaffolding and would need to
return on Monday, 10/27 to flip the fence. FLIPPING IS NOT NECCESARY. Only disassembly and reassembly will fix
this.
10/26 ? Homeowners realize not all wooden posts were replaced with metal. Messages to that effect sent to A-1.
10/27-11/3: Numerous voice mails, emails, and texts by both homeowners have been ignored by A-1.
