Mattresses
This is the 5th mattress set I have bought from The Mattress Firm. They have great prices. Most importantly though they have the best service. Manny is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I have bought mattresses for everybody in my household to replace ones bought elsewhere that weren't the most comfortable. Now everybody sleeps well!

Mattresses
The mattress is as hard as a rock. I started out with a $400 mattress and I'm now up to a $1200 mattress and I still can't sleep on it. They were responsive and punctual as long as I was paying them money to upgrade the mattress. The first 3 times they came back to replace the mattress with agreed that you could obviously see something wrong with it. They have refused to help me now b/c I am not willing to pay more money for them to correct this problem.

"The BBB has already taken care of this. BBB says, "Your company has done what it reasonably had a responsibility to do." We offered the member a free upgrade to the next model up at no charge. The member does not want a free comfort upgrade. We have also talked to his legal adviser and already settled this issue with him. The member is not being reasonble. The member wanted to upgrade and pay more for a better bet each exchange. Michael Anciso, District Manager."
