 + -1 moreThis is the 5th mattress set I have bought from The Mattress Firm. They have great prices. Most importantly though they have the best service. Manny is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I have bought mattresses for everybody in my household to replace ones bought elsewhere that weren't the most comfortable. Now everybody sleeps well!

 + -1 moreThe mattress is as hard as a rock. I started out with a $400 mattress and I'm now up to a $1200 mattress and I still can't sleep on it. They were responsive and punctual as long as I was paying them money to upgrade the mattress. The first 3 times they came back to replace the mattress with agreed that you could obviously see something wrong with it. They have refused to help me now b/c I am not willing to pay more money for them to correct this problem.
Description of Work: I purchased a temper Pedic mattress from them.
