We have done business with Omar Cedillo, the owner of The Master's Plumbing for many years. He does same-day appointments even on non-emergency issues, such as this faucet installation. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Plumbing costs are always a little on the pricey side, but this company's pricing is better than the average plumbing companies here in the valley, but not what I would call cheap, so that is the reason behind the B score for pricing. The value is worth the price.
I had asked for an "after 2:00 PM" installation for the day of the install. Around 5:00 PM or so I got a courtesy call to let me know the plumber was on the way. He arrived within about 15 minutes. I presented him with the faucet and he went to work. I needed some of the piping and the valve replaced due to the corrosive water here in the Rio Grande Valley. It was all covered by the $125 price that I was quoted on the phone and there were no unexpected surprises. The work took around an hour and the install was professionally done. He did an excellent clean-up job when he finished.
If I have any other plumbing work, you can bet that I will be calling The Master's Plumber!
