Ambience wonderful. Cut was terrific! I asked for a certain color. I brought in an example of the color I wanted. What I got was too dark. I didn't see the small amount of red I wanted. Stylists said as soon as it dries it would get lighter. I asked the stylist NOT to blow dry my hair. I mentioned it several times. When he started to blow dry my hair I asked him to stop. He kept saying just a little.

Beautiful salon! The esthetician was very knowledgable and very professional. One of the best facials I've had. Wax was good although my face broke out afterward. Not normal for me.
Hair stylist super friendly and I was told that she was the best for color. I brought pictures of the color accents I wanted but I didn't leave with that. Just wasn't bold enough- didn't look like pictures so not sure what happened there. I never know how to tell them if it is not like I wanted so it's my own fault. I thought pictures would be enough but ultimately I blame myself for not saying anything. :(

I was looking for a new salon and stylist. I was not happy with the hair cut I got at another saloon 2 weeks prior. I was able to get in with Katie right away and she is fantastic. We spent quite a bit of time discussing options and we decided on a short textured cut that I just love. She did an excellent cut, gave me lots of suggestions on different looks and instructions on how to style them myself and explained the different products she used on my hair. Spago is definitely my new salon and I will be returning for Katie's expertise next time I need a cut.

Overall super friendly experience! Salon has a great feel, very comfortable!
Nails were fun and done well, wish I had more time as I really enjoyed chatting with the esthetician
Facial was amazing- I picked the most expensive one but the waxing left me with acne:( Esthetician was very professional and friendly

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment but I had to wait 15 past my appointment time because the spa was running a little behind. Greissy met me up front and took me to the spa area so I could change. Spago is divided into two sides - one side is the salon and one side is the spa. The spa side was added later and is incredibly luxurious. It is beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. I changed and went into the room where she does facials/bacials/waxing. It is very private. She addressed my concerns and then we agreed on what type of products to use based on what was happening with my skin. One thing I like about Greissy is that she is very knowledgeable - she explains why she is using one thing versus another. The bacial was a little uncomfortable at times because she had to do a little extracting, but other than that it was very relaxing, almost like a massage. After she was done, I changed back into my clothes and headed to the salon side to check out. I purchased a few products that she had suggested - but she wasn't pushy at all. I think my final tab was $145 but that included products as well.
