Rosie is the most friendly, professional hair dresser I have yet to go to in the Valley. She discussed the cut, the color, what she had in mind and what I wanted. She reminded me of my past hair dresser from Pennsylvania. We even discussed the differences in Caucasian hair, the textures, fineness, etc, which I had a very difficult time finding someone who could cut my hair and have it turn out so nice, and in layers, that I completely trusted her to color my hair on my first visit!!!! The color turned out perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I just absolutely love her, and will not go anywhere else until she retires!!! Thank you Rosie for your kindness and your professionalism.

After 10 years, my regular hair stylist moved out of the valley. Finding a new salon in the phone book is a joke....there are so many. So I checked out Angie's List. #1 on the list was a large salon/spa (not what I'm interested in).....and #2 was Shear Design. I called Rosie on a Friday afternoon. She was going out of town over the weekend and was planning to work on Monday (her usual day off) to catch up on her appointments. I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon .....she even called Monday morning to confirm. The salon was easy to find, plenty of parking and she was right on time. She listened to what I wanted.....we discussed some options....then she went for it!! It turned out great!!
She's very personable and friendly.....makes the time fly. I had failed to ask her prices up front and was very surprised that she actually charged less than my old stylist.
I will definitely return in 4-5 weeks when I need another trim and she will most likely become my regular stylist.

Went on Angie's lit to find a hair dresser and saw Shear Designs Hair Studio. I read the commemt that someone wrote about this company and thought I would give it a try. I called to make an appoitment and Rosie anwsered the phone and as I spoke with her I liked her even over the the phone. She was so nice and anwsered all my questioned. Very patient with me. She got me in the next day and I told her what I wanted done with my hair, which was a color, cut and style. She did exactly what I wanted and I was so pleased. I will be going back to Rosie from now on. Rosie is a people person, very professional and very patient.

I heard about Shear Designs Hair Studio through a friend. Rosie is a very good hairdresser. She helped me out when someone else ruined my hair. She is very professional and a people person. She is very down to earth. She gears you towards what will look good.
