I am very disappointed in the company. We had a fire in our garage and there was smoke damage inside our house. When the company was replacing the insulation the garage door was up so they didn't put any insulation inside the door. They charged my insurance company for replacing seventeen receptacles when I don't have that many in my garage. They were very dishonest. They charged me for cleaning a wood burning stove in my bathroom which isn't even in my house. Our housekeeper is still complaining about the job that they did. They were supposed to clean all of the smoke damage in my house and just recently I found some smoke residue while replacing the light fixtures. They only cleaned the front side of them.  I was over charged $6859.24 from Servepro. I refused to turn the bills into my insurance company that I received from Servepro. They had to completely redo the inside of my garage. They had to repaint my floor and they did a horrible job. They refused to come back and fix anything. The owners name is Peter and he kept promising that they would be back, but I finally gave up. They charged me for stripping and waxing my hardwood floor and I don't even have hardwood floors in my house. They also charged me to cleaned a potted tree, which I do not own. They charged me $184.00 for landscaping, and they didn't do any landscaping. He finally changed his bill so that I could send it to the insurance company.
