Floors were laid over previous mortar which left the floor uneven. Grout was splashed onto walls blinds. And excessive grout was not wiped away until dry which left hazing. Jorge had a new tiler come and repair the gaps. and he removed and replace tiles that were uneven. Jorge stated that he will not be using that tiler again. I think it was that this worker probably said he was a tiler but had never worked on floors that had prior mortar. And had no experience with porcelain tiles, which require a different set of tools. Jorge did stay to ensure that everything was completed.

Red Dot assistant us in various home projects. All the windows were swapped out as well as adding window screens, with no interruptions through our home life. Pillars to the our home were added as well and i am extremely happy with the results. Exterior painting to the our home was done and now it looks specular, people passing by our home are seen taking a double take, and color we choose was absolutely delightful. they also installed a bathroom sink and cabinet and repainting. the kitchen countertop was changed and as well as adding a back splash, along the stove area. In all, we were totally grateful for Red Dot who was the 1st to answer our request, and after doing various quotes, we decided on Jorge from Red Dot, we were given a good price and the work done was remarkable. Jorge and his crew were excellent, on time, respectful, answered every question, and was not hesitant at all when we made changes. I would highly recommend Jorge from Red Dot 100%. Two thumbs up.

The team of painters was very efficient, coordinated and worked during the time frame agreed. When they finished, they cleaned up most of what came out from the brick walls and the wood. They painted the wood around the house and the bricks beautifully white. For some extra money they did pressure wash on the cement slabs around the house, making them look clean. My house now looks neat and clean! Thank you very much George and your Reddot team.
