Carpet Cleaning
My experience with Rainbow was very positive. David Lopez explained the cleaning process to me thoroughly, and asked several questions to assess what sort of treatment my rugs needed (what sort of 'stuff' had gotten into our rugs through the years). I received a phone call after the spot check, explaining that the rugs performed well, then a call to let me know they'd be ready "tomorrow" then a call that they were indeed ready. They offered to deliver the cleaned rugs to our home, but I drove to their store to pick them up.
