Quality Carpet Care &Tile Services

My wife and I expected more from the "Professional Deep Clean" Needless to say, we could have done a better job ourselves. With my fingers, I was able to gather up a whole bunch of dirt and fuzz from our carpets edges. We were excited to have the carpet professionally cleaned before our move in but we were let down. Here is a picture of what I gathered with my finger... (gathered it up in a matter of 2 minutes.) Definitely not worth the price. Update: Lupita G was very courteous and reached out saying they could have someone go again and had me reach out to the lead tech who answered and asked if I was the one that gave a one star review and hung up on me. Experience went from bad to terrible. Stay away from these people.

I called Quality Carpet to come out to my residences. The lady told me that their prices have gone up to $20 per package, I told them that was fine. They came to my main residence & cleaned 4 rooms & hallways, 4 throw rugs & 1 liner. After they cleaned my main residence they went to my rent house and cleaned 1 hallway, living room, dining room, 2 recliners & 1 couch. I gave a check to my house keeper in order to pay them. She then proceeded to cal me due to the amount never being this much and way over from the previous times Quality Carpet had come out. I was meeting with a customer so I unfortunately  couldn't answer her call. The man started getting inpatient with her and pressuring her into writing out the check. She ended up writing out the check due to his harassment. I called Quality Carpet to find out why I was charged $622 when the pricing only went up to $20 per package. The manager then explained that yes they did go up to $20 per package but also $10 per every room and furniture. I told him that the lady I scheduled the appointment with failed to mention that as I would have rightfully gone with another company. We got into a heated arguement and he then started to yell at me and use very foul language. He also said I was racist and I told him I don't know how I am a racist when I am married to a Hispanic woman. He then called my wife a "stupid Mexican". Needless to say I will never do business with this company ever again. I can't get over how unprofessional they are. They need to change their name to something else because Quality is not what they stand for.

The workmanship was terrible?almost as if he had never laid tile before.   When we asked him to correct some problems, he became
belligerent and pulled his crew out, leaving us with an unfinished mess.   Then he had the nerve to ask us for more money, saying it was
a lot more work than he planned on when he gave us the bid. We ended up hiring a crew to clean up their mess and then hiring another contractor to tear out about 25% of the tile and redo.
