My experience with them has been excellent. I use them for everything from brakes to tires to motor mounts. They have just always done a good job and been there for me. They are very professional and prompt.

After having a new set of Michelin's installed and an alignment done at one of the other local retailers several months we began experiencing an intermittent shimmy from the front wheels at highway speeds. I took the vehicle back to the the same dealer and a re-balance was performed. They didn't ask for any detail as to what we were experiencing nor did they test drive the vehicle before, or after, the work. The re-balance changed nothing so we continued to drive the vehicle like that for some time afterward as we didn't use it for long trips very much. I'd used Pueblo a couple of times in the past so finally took the vehicle to their North 23rd. St. location in Mcallen. They were great. They test drove the vehicle, checked the tire balance and the alignment and found that the alignment was well out of adjustment on one side. The problem was corrected and they test drove it again to confirm everything was ok. Each time I've been in their shop I've been greeted upon entry and treated well. They have a clean, comfortable waiting area and are very pleasant to deal with. I'll continue to use them for my future tire and alignment needs.
