We had a pretty bad problem at our new house with rats and termites and we are so happy that we picked Pest Control Pro to help! Sal and his employees are very knowledgeable and professional. From the first phone call to our last visit, Sal always took the time to answer any questions and thoroughly explain problems we were having and procedures to handle them. They were the only company we found in the area with such a thorough and intensive treatment for what we needed and we are grateful for their service! We would never hesitate to use them again if we ever need to.

The technician was prompt, direct, informed and available. My only negative would be that the work seemed to me a bit pricey. But I did notice that another firm was offering service for about $100.00 cheaper. But they offered no warranty. This company included a year warranty in the price.

I was having a problem with bats in my back patio. Sal came by and made the initial estimate. He was able to determine the area where these critters were coming from. I immediately hired Pest Control Pro and have had no regrets. Sal set up bat traps and came by every other day to clean up the captured bats. The next step is to do the repellent and then seal up the crevice where the bats were living. Sal did a Great job, he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Pest Control Pro!!!

Sal was extremely professional.. We had two hives of bees, one under and eave and one up in a very tall tree in a large hollow limb. He knew exactly how to get rid of them and did an awesome job. Can't stress enough that if you need really professional bee removal he is the one to call. Gave us a quote over the phone and that is what he charged. He came when he said he would and even had to come an extra day in order to make sure all limbs were treated in the big tree and hives cut out so they would not be returning. Extremely professional and was very knowledgeable about bees and explained everything he was doing..Great company and great person!!!
