Peruvian Food Catering

My brother hired Yamil who came highly recommended by a number of his clients to prepare, cater, and deliver the dishes for my parents wedding anniversary. My father is from Lima, Peru and both of my parents, including the family, love Peruvian food. Good Peruvian food is not was to find and we are not easy to please as we are very critical of food, especially peruvian food. One of these dishes my father had not had in over twenty years so this was a special treat. Everything was prepared perfectly, including the favorite Alfajores (cookies) as one of the desert dishes. As for the value, I would say my brother, Jose, was a little carried away and ordered much much more than we needed as we could have fed 25 starving adults and still had left overs!! Either way, Yamil's food is world class. She delivered this food on-time, ready to be served, and also in great containers that made it easy. We have been eating the left overs all week and enjoying them as its not everyday we can find this kind of food prepared to this perfection.
