This place is great, I have been using them for 7 years now.  Erika is great to out 17 year old Pom who needs special care when being groomed.

We also used them for boarding earlier that month for about nine days. We're very pleased with them. They do a great job with the grooming. They've been a great place to board. They take very good care of your dog while they're there. They're friendly. We have no complaints about them whatsoever.

Absolutely perfection. My poodle "Max" has never looked so good. He is 7 years old, blind and has alot of skin issues. They handled him gingerly, got the job done and done very well. I will be back.

Excellent job and professional communications, our dog, Sissy, seemed relaxed and was cut exactly as we wanted her. Other groomers have sometimes expressed frustration due to the strong willed nature of the breed. This groomer listened as we described how best to handle her and reported absolutely no problems. While it took a little longer than we were told it would, the results far outweigh the extra time. Great facility, we toured the kenels and the doggy day care and are confident that whether she is being groomed or being boarded she will be well cared for!

It was a pretty rough start. The person at the front was not very enthusiastic or ambiable towards me. She almost seemed annoyed to help me. I did not have the correct vaccine info for them so they did turn me away. When I came back another woman (groomer from the back) came and greeted me and she was friendly. She asked what I wanted, what my dog's name was and even talked to my dog. When they were done it was about the same time they said she'd be ready and my dog seemed very happy (and not stressed as usual). She was very clean, all her nails trimmed and filed, she wasn't over sprayed with perfume, and she had the exact cut I wanted. Great job! The only thing I noticed was my dog was VERY thirsty when she got home. I recommend the people who take their dogs there to make sure its not longer than 4 hours or insure your pet is well hydrated. I would take my dog there again- as long as I emphasize to them that she'll need water.

I have a shih tzu who loves Erika . They did exactly what I asked my dog always gets groomed there and we have never been dissappointed. The staff is great with animals and are very patient

They did a great job, did exactly what I asked, and my dogs came out even better than I expected.

Well, she definitely washed the dog and that is why I graded the quality "Bad" and not "Lousy". The haircut was even, but my dog's hair was still massacred. The hair in his face and head was so short! His ears had been chopped with only one clip, leaving the hair long and angled; they looked like bells (the way it would be left if you just chopped off a pony tail). The body hair was all over the same size, when I had asked her to leave the legs long to look like booties. When I picked him up, I asked her "why did you leave it so short? I told you not to cut the top! Odel responded " I know you didn't ask me to cut the top, I am sorry. I did my best to do what you asked." . She also left all the hair she cut off on the dog and did not blow it off; something other groomers do. This caused the interior of my car and me to get full of dog hair. I was very upset and mad that I asked for a refund, which she declined. I walked out before I exploded with rage.
