After three weeks it came back with both sides of the camera badly scraped (looked like the tech put it in a vice). I have tried multiple times to contact Panasonic by email using my reference number but they have ignored all of my emails. This is horrible, and little that I can do.
Description of Work: I had a GX8 brand new camera that had a faulty display. I sent it in for warranty repair.

After installation the system turned out to be faulty. I returned it to the Panasonic Service Center. When I got the equipment back, I installed it again. It had the same fault, and I discovered to my dismay that they had returned the SAME faulty equipment.------ It was hours before my departure overseas, no time to pack the equipment, to obtain a shipping label. I informed Panasonic by email and by phone of the situation, and could I return the equipment later, or from abroad. No way they showed complete inflexibility------ After my return I contacted Panasonic. They indicated that they did not recognize the invoice number 47-FIV474728.------ The fault consists in that a few seconds into every call, there appears a deafening noise on the line, rendering any further communication impossible. I have dozens of voicemail recordings which cannot be read due to this problem.------ The equipment is unuseable. Description of Work: I use a Panasonic cordless phone which has given perfect service for years. Then in May of 2012 I purchased a residential telephone system KX-TG4024.
