I was satisfied with them. I think they were okay. They were not great. There must be somebody that is better than them. The ants came back but I never called them back. I know that it is something very difficult. Their responsiveness was okay. I would use them again in the future.

I have had a rat problem and they have done really well with that. They provided an unusual service way back in December 2001 and I was very pleased and I have been using them since then. They came in 2011 for bugs in the house and I was very pleased with that. They just started coming about two weeks ago for the rat problem. There is a real bad rat problem. They are very professional and helpful. They take as much time as needed to get the job done. They are very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will continue using them.
