They are excellent and we still use them. I would have to say I would rate them 4-5 stars, 5 stars, he was on time. He worked with you. He left samples, came back, was on time when he said he would be here. He didn't hassle us, always came back when requested, just really really good. This was a reasonable price, it wasn't a discounted price. It wasn't an elevated price, it was just a reasonable price.

They are very good. I recommend them highly. The overall experience is excellent. The price is average. Their responsiveness is poor. They are punctual and professional. I would use this company again.
