There have been several leaks in the roof. They have come to add sealant and repair the leaks, but they claim they they are not responsible for the damages in our home due to the water leaks. Our insurance company stated that the contractor is responsible for internal damages in our home due to water leaks, but Magic Valley Roofing refuses to cover these damages. I spoke with Gregory Keller, the owner Magic Valley, about a month ago. He said he would send me a copy of the contract and check with his legal council and get back with us, but he has not sent us a copy of a contract or called regarding legal council. (I was able to find my original copy of the roofing contract.) I am calling him again today, as he has not been responsive. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the damages to our home.
