Their estimate turned out to be much higher than a local provider who did an excellent job. Always get multiple estimates.

Lowe's called us the next day of the sign regarding how long it will take the order of the windows, and called when the date was close, and called again to let us know the windows arrived, they were very polite and nice. After this Lucio called to let us know he will sent the windows the day before installation to started the installation early the next day, he explained to us how long it will be and what they are going to do, very nice.
The windows arrived Sunday morning and as usual they called us before arrived, very nice and polite persons.
The next day (Monday) Lucio arrived early with his staff and didn't stopped until they finished the installation of the 15 windows. It was all day since early morning till late afternoon.
Lucio and his staff were very nice and polite persons and explained to us all regarding the windows, the cleaning and the warranty.
My experience with Lowe's was very good ! I will use Lowe's again if I need another change or repair in my house, they are very polite and the prices are fair.
I highly recommend the store in the 10th Street, my experience with the staff and the service of this store was very good!

We did not use Lowes for our needs, however they came when promised and gave a bid in a quick response. The young man was very nice and he seemed to know his business.. I would say give them a look for bids on your job needs.

The whole process went well. The sales person ( victor) made an appointment with us as soon as we inquired. He had the installation company measure within a day. He told us it would take three weeks to manufacture the windows, and it did. When they were ready we were contacted by the installation company, and they were installed within a few days. The company was prompt, neat, and did an excellent job. They then reviewed how to operate them. The entire job was done in a day, and all of the old materials were taken away. We also received a follow up call from Juan at Lowes to make sure that we were satisfied.

After the measurement I have never heard from them since on the windows. I ended up going with another company for the work. They were right on time with the measurement but just did not follow up. I do a lot of shopping at Lowe's but would not consider them for labor.

I purchase all of my home improvement supplies and needs from here. I have always had a good experience at Lowes.

They give excellent service and are very, very nice. I would recommend them and would rate them A's all across the board. I'll probably be back this weekend. They know me there. I only wish they could be pet friendly.

I chose them because of the quality and supposedly their service but that didn't turn out too well. This was the first time we have used them for a job like this and it was bad. They didn't finish the job until about a month later. They messed up on it and had to redo it; it was awful. In fact, we haven't been back to that store since then. The project was delayed 4 weeks. The actual workers who came to do the installation, not the store employees, but the installers were very professional. They were an A. The people at the store were horrible. They were an F. We will not shop at Lowe's again.

The people at Lowes were responsive, professional and concerned about the needs of their customer. The quality of the materials provided was excellent as well.

The roofing contractor was a typical representative of the construction trades. The crew spoke little English and communication was a problem. They covered most of my shrubbery and roses with plastic tarps but then threw shingles and other material on top of them. They did better on the second day and but on the third day were not as attentive to that issue as on day two. The proper method is to carry the material being removed to a location where it could be dropped or thrown into a gondola or trailer not on the ground where it must be picked up again and carried to the gondola or trailer.. They arrived on the work site about 9-9:30 am, took 1-2 hours for lunch but worked until about 6:00 p.m. The quality of the final installation was professional and according the specifications of the shingle manufacturer.

The cooridnation upon their arrival with materials was poor. The work that was done and their efforts to remove the debris from the old roof was very poorly cooridnated. Some of the material fell off the roof and fell onto the compressor for the A/C so it overheated and had to be repaired. They did not take steps to protect my roof from the elements, at the end of the work day they left gaps and spaces which allowed water into the house and damaged the drywall in the house. The roof is on well, the work was done alright but they just came out and were disorganized. The debris removal was bad and they didn't protect my roof. Lowes came out right away and gave us money for the damages. I think Lowes did great but the subcontractor did poorly.

He is an excellent guy. The installer was really good. I liked them because the guy was really flexible. They came back two days later and cleaned up well. They were fine with their pricing but the contact people as to how to reach them was terrible. I will call them and get through to the answering machine and I will get no response. So I couldn't get scheduled, they had little problems with communications upfront.
