Real Estate Service
Ms Renner came over and looked at the property we want to sell. She gave us some information about the local housing market, She also stated that she would email us with some housing market data. She never did! She failed to follow-up with us. We feel we wasted our time with her. We have since contacted another Realestate Agent not on your list and he has be very responsive and caring. He has already sent me a tip sheet on how to prepare our home for the buyers. We will be signing a sales agreement this coming weekend.

She does a great job for us. She does a good job of finding quality renters. She is trustworthy and worth every penny of the fee. I will continue using her service.
