I called him, he answered right away.  He came over right away and unlocked the car in 5 seconds flat.  This was after hours.

Came same day as called, hours later than first planned. He tumbled three door knobs to the same key, then made five copies of new key for me. He cannot make any colored or novelty keys, but did supply the little rubber rings that go around the big part of key.
$45 for service call, and $40 to tumble the three door knobs and make five keys. Pretty expensive, if you ask me.
Couldn't do sliding glass doors, and he recommended Guthries. They are coming by today.
Have read about A L on internet, and how many services have excellent phony reviews by the company, how companies put bad reviews up about other companies, and how if a service pays A L for advertising, they get preferential listings. I am not saying this company does that, this is just an observation about A L in general.

He did exactly what I asked for. Carlos called before arriving and was very efficient in his work. I am glad to know I have access to a quality locksmith!

Fixed a door that was not functioning correctly.

Carlos came over to the house initially back in 2010 when I had to tumble the locks as a new home owner.

I have used his services on several occations since the initial call out to my home. I now rent my home to people, and every time, I call him to perform the tumble for me. I am out of town a lot and this man has helped me out many times, and has even given me pointers on how to protect my home from possible break ins and assists me with common mistakes people make when they think they are doing the right thing!

Carlos told me cut my hedges low, even though I LOVE my privacy, but he insisted it was not a safe practice, and even made a few suggestions as to what to do...

This is a very honest man and he has come to help me on several occations and I could not have chosen a better man for the job! His prices are reasonable an
d the personal touch he offers his customers is well worth the money...

I called a locksmith I had used before, who I reported as really good. However he only made keys for cars or trucks, so he gave me another number for me to call for my home locks. The number was for Joe's locksmith. He came to the door, introduced himself, and was nice, polite and very professional. gave me a few safety tips for my home protection and proceeded to do the task of tumbling the lock in the from door. Made 5 keys, and just charged me $46.50 for the short notice house call. Prompt, polite, easy going. When I asked why was the company called Joe's when his name was Carlos? He said his grandfather and then father owned the business, then he took over 16 years ago. GREAT GUY!!!
