I help people buy and sell homes and all other types of real estate in the lower Rio Grande Valley of south Texas. This includes advising sellers how to prepare their property for sale then promote the property for sale and secure buyers. I negotiate in behalf of the seller to obtain the best possible price. I over see all aspects of the sale to bring about a sucessful close. I also work with buyers in finding the best property available and negotiate the best terms in their behalf.

It went great. He was very patient. like I had mention earilier we worked with him for about a year and a half and never rused us. The one thing I really liked about Jerry was that he took us seriously. My husband and I are a young couple, 26 and 22, and he was the one realtor that didn't push us to the curve when we told them our price range , 220,000, and our age. He let us take our time and gave us great advice. He would always keep us posted on any new homes on the markets, changes and reductions on homes. He let us look at several homes, 50 +/-. and he never told us no. Works around your schedule and gives great advice. He has told us on a couple of home that it wasn't worth the investment due to to much work, etc. In the end we went down on our budget and found a great deal orginal price 240,00 and we got it for 160,000.

He is a good friend and has a lot of integrity. He puts a lot of extra work into the job and I will use him again in the future. He spends an unusual amount of time looking for ways to help you by doing open houses. He gives a lot of extra effort.
