After they left, we realized that there was a sewer smell after the toilet was flushed; this problem had not existed before the work was done. When we asked him to return and fix the problem, he said that it would be too much work and asked us what we thought the problem was. In the end, he refused to come and fix the problem and opted to return $40 for that toilet.
