I noticed they didn't buy the new door for my car. They used the old inside parts of the damaged doors and bought the door frame on the outside used somewhere and repainted to match the color of my car. The tech left a bunch of finger prints inside my car and he doesn't pay attention to detail which I do not like. I had to go back and forth 4 different times due to the front bumper keep having a gap opening up. The last time I went back they glued it up to keep it from coming back out. I never met the tech who'd worked on my car but from judging his work, he's more like a rookie. Their quality is not what I'd expected especially the total cost is $5,400.00. I had to pay $500 deductible and my insurance paid the rest. But for the kind of work and quality I could of went elsewhere and save some money and maybe pocket some too. The guy who helped me was nice that's the only thing I like about this service.

I think the people at Frank Smith Toyota are all real friendly. They are very professional, they know their stuff, and they are pretty much on top of your vehicle. They have their system down. I like how they do everything.

My experience with them was fine.

It was horrible from start to finish. Never use or talk with Bill Rovira. I went into the dealership after going online and choosing the type of truck I wanted with all the options I wanted. I made it very easy for them. I was given Bill Rovira as a sales person. He said I could not have the options I wanted unless I added the TRD package adding another 2500 to the final bill. I told him I did want the TRD package and we went round and round on this. I called the san antonio dealer and told him what I wanted and they said, "no problem" but was nice enough to say it would be better to buy it in the valley in case I wanted it serviced and told me to make them order the car for me. 2 months later after not budging on what I wanted, I finally convinced Bill Rovira to sit me down with the person who orded the vehicles. In less than 30 minutes, we found the truck I wanted, exactly what I wanted. I wasted 2 months with Bill Rovira as he was trying to "sell" me on what he wanted to give me.

They kept it 2 days; it was all routine maintenance except the wheel replacement, which they had to order overnight. BUT, they never found the noise I brought it in for!
