EURO POOLS LLC

The pool looked good on the surface at first. There were minor issues at the buggining but nothing out of the realm of normal for a large project. We realised the short commings when we started to operate it.Fro day one one of the 4 skimmers was plugged with concrete. Euro said its not our responsibility somebody else must have done it. The plumbing going to the waterfalls was undersized so you cannot run both at same time as it was to be built. There were sharp edges on the tile that have cut swimmers and we had to get them polished down again on both of these Euro claimed it was not their responsibility. When the built the pool the code changed for drains and initialy did not want to adhere to the new code and then after some extensive communication decided to do so. The plumbing was such a mess we had to hire a seperate company to come in and streamline it so the pool would function better but still untill we jackhammer our equipment room floor and rerun larger pipe to the main drains and fix the plugged skimmer the pool will just limp along. We have it functioning but it is like a wounded solder not at 100%. There have been several other issues and we have spent to date more than $15,000 to get to the point we are at and expect to spend an addition 35k to get the pool 100%. Euro may have been a bid better on the front end but in the final analysis they sold us an inferiour pool at a price that was higher by the time we repair it than any of the competition. The owner Eric should be ashamed of himself. He is a european man who tells you whatever you want to hear and then when it comes time to deliver he has escuses. I do not dislike him I just no longer trust him.
