ENRIQUE OLIVAREZ CONSTRUCTION

This remodel job was incredible. Aniel Olivarez is the owner and project manager of every job they take on. He was involved from the beginning, making sure that he understood our expectations. He shared lots of insights about making a bathroom safe and knows all ADA-advised accommodations. He employs great guys and has obviously trained them very well. I have never known contractors to work so quietly and cleanly. They swept the bathroom every day and left absolutely no mess. Very courteous and professional. Tile guys (two brothers) were talented and meticulous craftsmen. The plumbers who did the pipe and drain work agreed to do unrelated/extra work while on site, which the contractor agreed to and billed us for separately. A plumber who came to do the toilets, and the electrical guy were less excellent, but still professional and nice.  We could have hired some independent guys, paid less, and taken a chance. But we wanted this job done fast (10 days) and right for my mother-in-law. I would totally recommend Mr. Olivarez and his team to anyone in the RGV.
