Mr. Mena is not very technologically savvy. For most members of the newer generations, like myself, this may pose a slight problem. He was very slow at getting back to emails and phone calls.
Our project was for a two-story, 3,000 sq ft custom home. We gave him a basic layout and pictures of what we wanted. The first plans he gave us looked nothing like the plans we had given him or the pictures we had shown him. He then tried to tell us what we should want, as far as style of exterior, etc.
For someone who is looking for BASIC home design he could probably do a decent job, but for our project I think was out of his abilities.

Everything went well. George came to my house, discussed the job, and sent us various conceptual drawings. Once we decided on the one we wanted, everything moved forward. All work was started and completed on time. Very good experience
