Description of Work: My husband called on September 16th to report a sound he heard on our Maytag dryer. Art said he would talk to service department and send someone out. It is Sept. 18th and my husband spoke with Juan Garcia. He said he would talk to Art. We waited an hour, so I called back and spoke with Art. Art said he didn't know why he hadn't spoken to service department. I asked him if I could speak to someone higher than him and he said "yes, service department is higher than me." He was so super sarcastic. He even asked "I am talking to voice aren't I?" Never AGAIN!!! Conns lives up to their name....Conn artists!!!!
