blue tape that was used to protect the trim was not removed while the sealant was wet so they had to scrape it off after the fact and we now see blue along the base of our walls on a white trim.  The sealant is peeling off throughout the floor already. bummer- seemed thick at the time.  We called and sent pictures, they said they would come have a look and we haven't heard from them:(

A+., The buiness owner (Rafael) was very professional, stayed on site,  completed work within owners time frame.  Any and all concerns that owners needed addressed were handled in a professional and speedy manner. Called once to come back and were back very next day.

He was full of information and we learned a lot by just talking with him.  He was on time and was able to give us a quote on the spot, however, the second quote he never sent.  For this reason and he was slightly higher than another bid, we did not use him.  His work looks professional and we would call him again for numbers on the next project.  Compared to the others out there- I felt really comfortable with him and liked that he had his iPad with photos of all the jobs he has done and was currently working on.

This was a great experience with this contractor.  As soon as I contacted them, Rafael came the next day, explained the process and began the work in just a few days.  Rafael was present on the job supervising every thing that was done.  He gave me several options as to color and the type of stamps.  He calmed my fears of putting an overlay on an existing driveway by adding fiber to the concrete and putting down reinforcment wires. His crew had to first remove the existing broken and cracked tile on the driveway and each day they cleaned up the area.  His workers arrived clean and were polite and were diligent in focusing on the job.  Rafael uses his own employees and they are well skilled at their jobs.  This experience met more than my expectations and I would recommend this contractor to everyone.

I love the final result.  I needed desperate help fixing my driveway after another contractor did a poor job with materials different than what I had requested.  I am very thankful for the level if costumer service he provided and the quality of work he offers.

It was excellent.
