The service was done quickly and the people are very professional. Would definitely go back fort next service call.

Was greeted politely by all employees, I did have to wait for about an hour and a half however was advised of it from the start due the fact that it was busy even in the morning. I was there at 9am; however the clerk kept checking up on us and keeping us updated on my vehicle. My car is doing great and it is warrantied for a yr on all services rendered. will definitely keep going back to get maintenance done on my escape.

I called to make sure there quick lane could change transmission fluid. They stated yes we are closing in 2 hours but will get it done. I drove there and first they tried to tell me the transmission fluid did not need to be changed. I ask if you could show me that in a manual and the man behind the desk then got a foreman who was working on his own truck in civ cloths. He stated it was 100k miles between changes and I said I hear you but the Ford manual from the vehicle says 60k. They then said they would change it and ask if I needed the filter also. I again said I want the ford 60k recommend service. The counter guy stated most people just change fluid. What does Ford recommend? I don't know and I do not know how to operate the computer because I am new. Then the mechanic could not get at the hoses needed to change the fluid. So basically took my truck to Boggus for service. They put it on rack but were not prepared to do work and they took it off. I took it to a shop with the blue oval so they new what to do. Instead it really appeared it was Saturday 3pm and they did not want to be at work. Instead of being professional and doing the job they pushed the work away. If you don't want the work just shut the doors.
