I live in McAllen and needed a system installed at SPI. I took them three separate times/days to get the system installed correctly, costing me time and money each time to go out there.

Since the alarm's installation, everything has been up to par. My alarm has gone off a few times and ARGUS always calls me within five minutes of it going off. I even pressed the panic button by accident at one time and had the local police at my house within 15 minutes. Afterwards, ARGUS called me to ensure I was fine. They asked me for my password and made all appropriate steps to ensure me and my family were safe. This company has been great to deal with. They are always available to answer any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Actually....I have recommended them and many of my families homes are equipped with ARGUS security systems.
