+ -1 moreAdvance Construction Inc. are contractors. They were retained to re-roof our home. They pretty much did what was expected except they failed to quality control the Subcontractor. In 2012 the roof was damaged by Hail and Wind and the Insurance Adjuster advised that the workmanship and materials was inferior and not up to industry standards. I advised Advance Construction of the Adjuster's comments. They stated they appreciated the information.
Description of Work: Removed old roof and paper, installed new barrier sheets of plywood, paper, and composit shingles. Replaced pipes and flashings and ridge vents with end caps.

+ -1 moreOK. They came right out to inspect my roof but it took them over a month and a half to give me the estimate for the work. Their price was over $2000.00 dollars higher than others and they wanted to change the pitch of my roof.
Description of Work: I needed a new roof for my home.
