Driveway Gate Service, Fencing Service
We had Diamond F Ironworks install a fence in March, 2009. Within a year, eight of the screws holding the fence to the posts had broken. I contacted Phillip Morris (owner) in April, 2011 regarding repairing the fence and he informed me that they had had a batch of bad screws around the time they installed our fence and he would come out and replace them. They never came out. Since April I have contacted Phillip approximately six times, sometimes leaving a message and sometimes getting him directly. Each time I left a message, there was no response or returned call. Both times I got him directly, he promised they would be out to fix the fence, one time even giving me a specific date and time. They never came out.
