From the beginning - Keith (owner) was very responsive. He even provided references prior to coming out to measure and provide a quote for the work. When we decided on hiring his company he immediately scheduled the work around our schedule. It was a two day job, but he came both days to supervise his work crew and answer any questions we had around the project. Very professional.
