Septic Tank Service
This is my first septic system. We bought the house two years ago and the tank had been pumped and serviced at that time, but nothing since. Ron came out, was very friendly and professional; and very patient with my questions. He checked over the system, pronounced it in good shape and briefed me on what all the components were and where they are located. He also instructed me on how I should be doing regular maintenance. I was impressed that he did not try to up-sell me on services (other than explaining the alternatives), insist on doing things that I could do myself, or sell me supplies that I could get elsewhere! He's on my calendar to call back the next time service is needed.
