Autrey's Service

Description of Work: My wife and I along with our three year old son had moved into a trailer that was a bit of a fixer upper and we understood that but the summer of 2012 did the ac unit in and we decided to leave it to a professional, or so we thought. Autrey's Service is a local individual by the name of Robert Autrey who deals in Luxaire, we researched very little as each day the tempature rose from our studies a single wide mobile home would need no more than a 3 ton unit. After Robert Autrey gave his estimate and explained that a 4 ton unit would be a better decision, he convinced us he had installed and serviced alot of mobile homes and assured us a quick and painless install along with inspections of duct work and for a large amount more, which he claimed to be the cheapest in town, he would do our electrician services. None of that happened long story short we got none of what we paid extra for and even had to buy material twice when the electric company pointed out length and width issues with mr. autreys first material purchase, when asked why he got it wrong and had us foot the bill he claimed it was the inspector and that he was a """""""" "vulgar word for black man" after all that I myself had to dig the hole for the pole build it and get assistance from my brother in law to stand it up the air ducts arent even connected in some parts and the air freezes up. This is the utmost despicable disgrace to the image this company tries to portray, he in fact is not a honest working man or even honest for that matter he got us for over 3 grand and when asked about finishing he claimed to not care he had already been paid. DONT USE THIS MAN.
