Lost caps to wheels-claimed they were not on trailer when brought in-WRONG-they found one when I confronted service about it. the cost way out of -line for work done on brakes-Made excuses I knew were not true-Manager arrogant when I called in checking on progress-Shop completely cleared out and left my wife & I the job of getting trailer out of service bay--would not been that bad if they had not put a pallet of parts in way of getting trailer-took 20 minutes of backing back & forth to clear pallet & door .Not one person came around to help keep from damaging trailer or their door. They had a poor attitude toward customer.
Used Bishop RV & Del Air RV before -will go to them again and also South Texas trailers. Will go to San Antonio before I go back to Maximum--service and customer car is way below par. This only RV place I've been in that I disliked
