THEY FIXED THE BATHROOM SINK BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS STUCK IN THERE. THE PEOPLE TOOK AWHILE TO FIX IT, BUT IT WAS GOOD I GUESS. IT'S IN GOOD CONDITION NOW.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY LOOKED AT THE SEPTIC TANK AND THE DRAIN LINE. DECIDED TO START AT THE TOILET WHICH WORKED. THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE WHICH IS NICE. ALSO HAVE A ONE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH A HOT WATER SERVICE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT YET SO CAN'T COMMENT ON IT. TIMELY AND DETAILED.

SOUTHWEST PLUMBING CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AS I CALLED THEM. THEY ARRIVED AT OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND PRVIDED ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. THE PLUMBER WHO WORKED ON MY LEAKING CUT OFF LINE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
