+ 0 moreVERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY LOOKED AT THE SEPTIC TANK AND THE DRAIN LINE. DECIDED TO START AT THE TOILET WHICH WORKED. THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE WHICH IS NICE. ALSO HAVE A ONE YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH A HOT WATER SERVICE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT YET SO CAN'T COMMENT ON IT. TIMELY AND DETAILED.
Description of Work: CLEARED TOILET DRAIN. I HAD THE SEPTIC TANK DRAINED BUT THE TOILET STILL WOULD NOT FLUSH.

+ -1 moreSOUTHWEST PLUMBING CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AS I CALLED THEM. THEY ARRIVED AT OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND PRVIDED ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. THE PLUMBER WHO WORKED ON MY LEAKING CUT OFF LINE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: SOUTHWEST PLUMBING REPLACED MY LEAKING FAUCET CUT OFF LINES. BOTH OF MY BATHROOMS CUT OFF LINES WERE LEAKING.
