After the fence was installed the fence came up off the ground. I tried calling them about the problem, but they were extremely hard to get a hold of. When I finally did contact them, the girl on the phone asked me to send them pictures. My daughter took the pictures and sent them to them and we kept a set for ourselves. Had a guy from another construction company come out and he told me that I had been ripped off, that they put wrong poles in the ground.
The company behind me has a cyclone fence that is helping hold up my fence, which is partly off the ground. I just want one half of my money back so I can hire someone else to fix my fence right. They have had plenty of time to respond and haven't done anything.
