The only thing good about this place was the price -- which was respectable. I lived there for two years and several things never got fixed. For instance, the windows never got locks put on them and I never had a door handle for the fridge. It took several months for me to get a door on my mailbox just so my mail wouldn't get soaked. And the worst part was the security deposit. I called and called and called (for over a year) asking for it back, and every time I got the same answer: "Give me your address again, I've been meaning to get that to you." I finally wrote a demand letter, and when that went nowhere, I had to file a lawsuit against him to get my money back. Ridiculous! I'm not really sure which one it is, but this guy is either crooked or just plain incompetant. Either way, why would you do business with someone like that?
