After about a week and a half ago, I called Butler Construction's office and spoke to the lady telling her about Shane coming by regarding the addition to my house but that I had not heard back from him or anyone. She said she would have someone call me. No one called. This week (1-6-14) I called the office,no answer left a message; Shane's cell phone, no answer, and Mr. Butler's cell number, no answer, left message no call back as yet. I feel as though there is no one with this company that is taking care of business. If they do not have time to do the job or not interest in this job, then someone should be courteous enough to contact me.
