Description of Work: I had some storm damage to my home. Butler Const. was recommended by a friend. They were an excellent company to work with as I was on a limited time schedule. They did a wonderful job inside and out. They also replaced my roof. We are very satisfied. They are located in Marshall, Texas.

Description of Work: complete whole house remodel, approx. 2700 sq. ft. , quality of work was very good, only problem was time it took for completion, thought the cost of services were higher than others in the area.

+ -1 moreAfter about a week and a half ago, I called Butler Construction's office and spoke to the lady telling her about Shane coming by regarding the addition to my house but that I had not heard back from him or anyone. She said she would have someone call me. No one called. This week (1-6-14) I called the office,no answer left a message; Shane's cell phone, no answer, and Mr. Butler's cell number, no answer, left message no call back as yet. I feel as though there is no one with this company that is taking care of business. If they do not have time to do the job or not interest in this job, then someone should be courteous enough to contact me.
Description of Work: Shane with butler construction came to my home to get info about adding a bathroom and closet onto my existing closet. We discussed what I wanted done. Shane took some measurements, etc and said he would get back to me with a quote on cost in a few days. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them.
