It went great! My wife and I were rekeying the locks for her brother's house who had just passed away. I removed all the cylinders and carried them to Aries for rekeying. Howard met me early one morning and went to work on rekeying the cylinders and making duplicates for each lock. I waited and he had them done in short time.
Howard's work was outstanding. He made me 6-duplicates for each lock and they all worked great. We have all had duplicate keys made from time to time and had trouble getting them to work in the corresponding lock. Well, no such problem with these duplicates. They each worked perfectly.
