 + -1 moreI called them in the morning, and just a few hours later, they came out and determined we needed a whole new faucet fixture, and to let them know as soon as we got one so they could be out to install it
Description of Work: Had a leak under kitchen sink way in the back and way up high next to the sink itself. My husband could not locate the leak and could not reach it

 + -1 moreCharged us twice what the job was worth. Didn't show until two days after I had called. The room was flooding when I called-fortunately, someone else turned off the water. We then waited another two days. Jerome Hatfield, the owner, is arrogant, dismissive, and doesn't get the job done.
Description of Work: Change out water heater.

Description of Work: Our hot water heater went out one Saturday afternoon. I called Action Plumbing, and spoke to a child, who said "Daddy isn't here". Water was running everywhere, and a neighbor turned off the water to the water heater. Two days later, Jerome, or JT( as he wants to be called), finally called, we told him the problem, he put in a new hot water heater, and charged us $665.00. That was the last time we used him. Previously, he totally disregarded my wishes as to where I wanted a washing machine and dryer located. I wanted the washer on the left, and the dryer to the right. Makes switching the clothes from one to the other easier. When I saw what he had done, I asked why he did it that way when I wanted it the other way. "Oh,yeah, he said, you did tell me that". Without any remorse whatsoever. Another time we remodeled our kitchen, and it worked out that the sink could be reinstalled on a Saturday. "Not by me", he said, "I'm going hunting this weekend". I fired him right then and there, but my husband worked out a compromise, whereby Jerome would get the plumbing ready and my husband and a couple of friends actually installed the sink. These days, his workers do the actual work while he plays golf at the Country Club. Apparently, they let anyone at all into the place.

 + -1 moreWe called and requested IMMEDIATE (Same Day) service to set a plumbing fixture in a new residential construction. They agreed that they could provide this service over the phone. They sent an "estimator" to the job who said he "didn't do the work". He just estimated the job and scheduled the work. And...they could not provide immediate (same day) service as they had said they could on the phone. To rub salt in the wound, this "estimator" was rude, condescending and had an "I don't care" attitude.
Description of Work: This company did not provide any service to us. We didn't get that far.
