I called them in the morning, and just a few hours later, they came out and determined we needed a whole new faucet fixture, and to let them know as soon as we got one so they could be out to install it

Charged us twice what the job was worth. Didn't show until two days after I had called. The room was flooding when I called-fortunately, someone else turned off the water. We then waited another two days. Jerome Hatfield, the owner, is arrogant, dismissive, and doesn't get the job done.
