We are a family owned & family run business. We are small enough to give you one on one personal attention & big enough to handle your job professionally. We do not have a set price regarding roofs all of our pricing is determined by the job. This is what is considered in the pricing: steepness of roof, layers of shingles or other materials on roof, distance, ease of access to get trailer around house. We give estimates, detailed invoices & we do contracts for your purpose as well as ours. We do require material money up front, labor money is paid upon completion. If we run into problems while on roof owner is contacted. We do not offer financing nor do we do special promotions as we take everything into consideration when figuring cost.
