The contractor completed various projects which included a new front door, new storm door, garage frame, gate repair, and painted the trim of 2580 sq ft home, repaired footboard, installed two ceiling fans, and repaired a third, a few exterior repairs, and a door frame painting. His work was flawless and he was competitively priced. Work was completed as agreed upon. He was skilled and very professional. I highly recommend this contractor.

I wasn't expecting it to be that expensive for fixing weatherstripping on my front door. He fixed it within 15 minutes and had the weatherstripping part when he came.

"I find it very unfortunate that you were unhappy with the price of the job. But $60 for that project is more than fair especially after you talked me down from $75.( which was already below market value for that project.) after a 20 minute drive to the store to pick up materials needed. 10 minutes at the store and a 5 to 10 minute ride to your house. And 10 minutes negotiating with you. And then a $12 lead fee. And 15 minutes to complete the job. I made a whopping $25 after it is all said and done. And in reality I did you a favor because the holiday season. And I accommodated your schedule and did it after hours."

Hire this company! I had extensive damage that included 25 linear feet of wall,14x14 area of ceiling and installation of various types of insulation. The result was a completely new, functional space that took less than a week. Smart, kind and professional. Hire this company! I will continue to use Schnautz Construction again and again.
