Description of Work: This individual charged for a service call and estimate and never took any action regarding ordering parts or returning for a repair. All phone calls would be responded on no earlier than 4-5 days as well as text messages. Once this individual was contacted by text which was done for record keeping the individual texted us at 11:58 pm with nothing but excuses as to why he did not perform as promised. Keep in mind from the date he gave an estimate approximately 4-5 weeks later this owner Paul took no action! Paul stated that we did not call him back to report that we still had a water leak; unbelievable. If you wish to deal with this type of repair facility, you are on your own don't say you have not been warned. I can assure you this business will not accept fault!
