TV Service - Cable
The service was far too intermittent.  The customer service was seriously lacking.  The major problem is that we finally decided to cancel the service in May.  We paid thru June. Brittany told me they were going to pick up their equipment.  We still have the equipment at our front door, waiting to be picked up.  A couple of weeks ago, we got notice from a collection agency that Northland had turned over the cost of equipment to them on our account, thus damaging a perfect credit rating on our part.  
Northland needs to pay the charges they turned over, then after we are cleared of this damage to our credit and we receive confirmation from the collection agency that it is no longer on our record, then Northland can come and pick up their equipment.  Otherwise, we will be suing the company.
I would never recommend Northland for any service.
